"Space CATventure 2: Era of Light" is an original science and education programme which combines a captivating storyline with fascinating facts about the most important star to us — the Sun. The main characters are a charming learned cat Pushel and the restless space mouse Pip who start on an incredible trip towards the Sun in order to unravel its mysteries. Along their way they encounter solar flares, explore magnetic storms, discover how stars generate energy, and even meet mysterious guardians of the “Hive” — a unique realm within the Sun itself. The spectators will learn from the programme: • What solar activity is and why it is crucial for life on the Earth. • How stars, planets, and our entire Solar System form. • The secrets hidden by the central star of our Solar System.
